| 中文摘要:近年来,黄化病作为一种严重影响槟榔生长与产量的病害受到了广泛关注。该病害不仅导致槟榔植株的生长受阻,还明显减少了槟榔产业的经济价值。目前,随着对槟榔黄化病研究的不断深入,关于其发病机制、致病因子以及多种防治措施的研究取得很大进展。然而,在该病害的早期诊断、病原的分子特征及生态适应性研究等方面仍然存在诸多不足。该文综述槟榔黄化病的研究进展,分析当前该病害的科学研究现状,探讨不同防治策略的有效性,并从利用多组学技术、基因工程技术、绿色防治、精准农业技术这4个方面对槟榔黄化病防控进行了展望,以期为槟榔黄化病的防治提供理论依据和实践指导。 |

| Abstract:Areca palm yellow leaf disease (AYLD) is a destructive disease that severely constrains the growth and yield of areca palm Areca catechu, and has attracted widespread attention in recent years. This disease not only stunts the growth of areca palms, but also significantly reduces their economic value. In recent years, substantial progress has been made in understanding the etiology, pathogenic factors, and management strategies of AYLD. However, there are still many challenges in the early diagnosis of the disease, molecular characteristics of the related pathogens and ecological adaptability. This review summarizes recent advances in AYLD research, systematically analyzes the current state of knowledge on disease occurrence and control, and evaluates the effectiveness of existing management strategies. Furthermore, future perspectives for AYLD management are discussed from the four emerging directions: multi-omics, genetic engineering, green prevention strategies, and precision agriculture. This review aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the prevention and control of AYLD. |
