中文摘要:快速准确识别鉴定害虫,做到“知虫识虫”是对其综合防控治理的前提。瓜实蝇Bactrocera cucurbitae和南亚果实蝇B.tau是瓜果蔬菜上2种重要的入侵性农业害虫,这2种害虫在田间的生境和多种寄主均相同(何超等,2019),其幼虫形态相似,难以分辨。因此,在生产上迫切需要寻求简便、快速鉴别这2种害虫的方法。近年来,随着分子生物学技术发展,以分子技术为基础的害虫种类鉴定方法突破了虫态的限制,在实蝇类害虫鉴定中得到广泛应用,
