中文摘要:为明确不同葡萄品种对越冬代绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum的抗性水平,于2012-2014年连续3年系统研究了不同葡萄品种上绿盲蝽的为害情况以及越冬卵量,并分析了绿盲蝽越冬卵量与葡萄受害指数之间的关系。结果显示,每年越冬代绿盲蝽对不同葡萄品种的为害情况均存在显著差异;不同葡萄品种对越冬代绿盲蝽的抗性不同,其中香悦对绿盲蝽抗性最强,抗性指数为5.00,金田美指抗性最弱,抗性指数为1.00;每年绿盲蝽在不同葡萄品种上的越冬卵量均存在显著差异;相关性分析表明,不同葡萄品种受害指数与绿盲蝽越冬卵量之间无显著相关性。研究表明,不同葡萄品种对越冬代绿盲蝽的抗性水平存在显著差异。

The resistance of different grape varieties to green mirid bug Apolygus lucorum

Abstract:To clarify the resistance levels of different grape varieties to green mirid bug Apolygus lucorum (Meyer-Dür), the damage situation and the number of overwintering eggs of A. lucorum on different grape varieties were studied in the field during 2012-2014, and the relationship between the number of overwintering eggs of A. lucorum and the damage index of different grape varieties was analyzed. The results showed that the damage situations of A. lucorum on different grape varieties were significantly different. The resistance of overwintering A. lucorum on different grape varieties was different. Among all grape varieties, Xiangyue had the highest resistance with a resistance index of 5.00, and Jintianmeizhi had the lowest resistance with a resistance index of 1.00. The numbers of A. lucorum overwintering eggs on different grape varieties were also significantly different. The correlation analysis showed that there was no obviously correlation between the number of A. lucorum overwintering eggs and the damage index of different grape varieties. The study indicated that the resistance level of different grape varieties was obviously different.
