中文摘要:为探究磁场对桃蚜Myzus persicae生长发育和种群参数的影响,于室内对24 h内孵化的桃蚜1龄若虫分别进行0.065、0.100、0.178和0.280 T强度辐射,测定辐射后桃蚜发育历期,并构建特定年龄-龄期两性生命表,利用构建的生命表分析磁场辐射对其存活率、繁殖力、繁殖值、寿命期望和种群参数的影响。结果表明,当磁场强度为0.065、0.100、0.178和0.280 T时,成虫前期发育历期随着磁场强度的增强先缩短后延长,当磁场强度为0.100 T时成虫前期寿命最短,为8.00 d,当磁场强度为0.280 T时成虫前期寿命最长,为9.00 d,均低于对照的9.63 d。当磁场强度为0.065、0.100、0.178和0.280 T时,桃蚜第1次繁殖分别于第5.5、5.0、5.5和5.5天开始,均早于对照(第7天开始产蚜)。当磁场强度为0.065、0.100 T、0.176和0.280 T时,桃蚜种群特定年龄净繁殖力均呈现波动性变化,但4个磁场强度下的桃蚜种群特定年龄净繁殖力均显著低于对照,峰值分别为0.6、1.0、0.8和0.7头。当磁场强度为0.065、0.100、0.176和0.280 T时,桃蚜的净增值率、周限增长率和内禀增长率随磁场强度的增加先升高后降低,且均显著低于对照,当磁场强度为0.100 T时,净增殖率、周限增长率和内禀增长率最大,分别为3.63、1.13 d-1和0.12 d-1;当磁场强度为0.280 T时,净增殖率、周限增长率和内禀增长率最小,分别为3.10、1.10 d-1和0.10 d-1。表明0.100 T和0.280 T磁场强度对桃蚜具有强致死作用。

Effects of four different magnetic radiations on growth, development and population parameters of green peach aphid Myzus persicae

Abstract:In order to screen out the magnetic field that has a lethal effect on the green peach aphid, Myzus persicae, to explore new physical prevention technology for aphids, the developmental period and fecundity of M. persicae were measured at the magnetic fields(MF) of 0.065, 0.100, 0.178 and 0.280 T,and the age-stage two-sex life table was constructed to analyze the survival rate, fecundity, life expectancy, reproduction value and population parameters of M. persicae at four MF flux densities. The results showed that the pre-adult period of M. persicae tended to shorten first and then extend at MF radiation of 0.065, 0.100, 0.178 and 0.280 T. The pre-adult period was the shortest(8.00 d) at 0.100 T and the highest(9.00 d) at 0.280 T, but both were lower than the control(9.63 d). The first reproduction time of the female adult under the MF radiations of 0.065, 0.100, 0.178 and 0.280 T started at 5.5, 5.0, 5.5and 5.5 d, respectively, which were all significantly shorter than the control(7.0 d). The age-stage specific net reproductive rate fluctuated and was lower than that of the control at the MF radiations of 0.065, 0.100, 0.178 and 0.280 T, with a peak value of 0.6, 1.0, 0.8 and 0.7 progenies, respectively. The net reproduction rate, finite rate of increase, intrinsic rate of increase with increasing MF radiation at 0.065, 0.100, 0.178 and 0.280 T, and all of them are significantly lower than the control. The minimum values at 0.100 T were 3.63 d, 1.13 d-1 and 0.12 d-1, while the maximum values at 0.280 T were 3.10 d,1.10 d-1 and 0.10 d-1, respectively. The strongest lethal effects of MF radiation on M. persicae were observed at 0.100 T and 0.280 T.
