八角茴香浸提液对白背飞虱的取食、产卵选择性及杀虫活性的影响

中文摘要:为明确八角茴香Illicium verum浸提液对白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera的取食、产卵选择性及杀虫活性的影响,制备八角茴香正己烷和二氯甲烷浸提液,用这2种浸提液处理的水稻饲喂白背飞虱后,测定八角茴香浸提液对白背飞虱的杀虫活性,并观察对其取食、产卵量以及蜜露量的影响。结果表明:与对照水稻相比,白背飞虱在八角茴香正己烷、二氯甲烷浸提液处理的水稻上取食和产卵量都极显著地减少,产卵量分别仅为对照水稻的31.5%和40.2%。在八角茴香正己烷、二氯甲烷提液处理水稻上取食的白背飞虱分泌的蜜露量也显著或极显著降低,分别仅为对照的59.61%和48.71%。八角茴香正己烷、二氯甲烷浸提液对白背飞虱有较好的杀虫活性,72 h致死中浓度LC50分别为0.59 μL/mL和0.46 μL/mL。2种八角茴香浸提液对白背飞虱乙酰胆碱酯酶都具有抑制活性,抑制中浓度分别为1.33 μL/mL和1.13 μL/mL。说明八角茴香中存在对白背飞虱行为调控和杀虫活性物质,具有作为植物源杀虫剂用于田间防控白背飞虱的潜在价值。

Abstract:The n-hexane and dichloromethane extracts of Illicium verum powder were obtained, and their toxicities against white-backed rice planthopper Sogatella furcifera and effects on its feeding and ovipositional selectivity were investigated. The results showed that the numbers of S. furcifera choosing to feed and lay eggs on rice treated with n-hexane and dichloromethane extracts of star anise were both decreased, compared with on the control, and the number of eggs on rice plants treated with n-hexane and dichloromethane extracts was only 31.5% and 40.2% of that on the control, respectively. The amount of honeydew secreted by S. furcifera feeding on rice treated with n-hexane and dichloromethane extracts of star anise was also highly significantly reduced, only 59.61% and 48.71% of that on the control, respectively. The two extracts showed a satisfactory insecticidal activity to S. furcifera, with a half lethal concentration (LC50) of 0.59 μL/mL and 0.46 μL/mL, respectively, 72 h after treatment. Both extracts had an inhibitory activity towards acetylcholinesterase of S. furcifera, with a half inhibition concentration of 1.33 μL/mL and 1.13 μL/mL, respectively. It indicated that there were some bioactive substances in star anise for behavior regulation and insecticidal activity against S. furcifera, displaying a potential value for the prevention and control of S. furcifera in the field.
