中文摘要:化学感受是昆虫感知外界信号的关键环节,对昆虫行为模式的塑造具有重要作用。害虫的化学感受系统不仅能识别生存环境中常见的有毒物质杀虫剂,进而启动体内的生理生化反应;化学感受系统还可以改变害虫取食行为,影响对杀虫剂的螯合作用以及代谢,从而促进害虫对杀虫剂抗性的进化。该文详细概括了害虫化学感受系统的组成和功能,及其在抗药性形成中的作用,并分析了潜在的作用机制,旨在为理解害虫抗药性的复杂机制提供新视角,为害虫抗药性治理策略的制订以及新型杀虫剂的设计与研发提供理论依据。

Abstract:Chemosensation is a crucial mechanism by which insects perceive external signals and plays a significant role in shaping their behavioral patterns. In pests, the chemosensory system not only detects toxic substances such as insecticides commonly found in their environment, triggering physiological and biochemical responses, but also modifies feeding behavior and influences binding and metabolism of insecticides, and thereby promotes the development of insecticide resistance. This paper provides a comprehensive summary of the structure and function of the chemosensory system in pests, as well as its role in resistance development. Additionally, it analyzes potential underlying mechanisms, aiming to offer new perspectives on the complex mechanisms of insecticide resistance and provide a theoretical foundation for resistance management strategies and the design and development of novel insecticides.
